Guest guest
Hi , I don't have any residual amalgam in my teeth, that was checked recently by a panoramic xray. The ONLY thing that might be possible in that area, is some composites/glass ionomers containing metals themselves, which apparently I do have. I do not know though how significant this is and nor do I know exactly what metals they are, but glass ionomers can contain them. E.g. arensic, lead, aluminium are examples. Yes, I guess perhaps the DMSA dose might be a bit high, I have had a break from the last round and am now on 25 mg of DMSA instead of 50 mg. Though, the other round, as I said, I had missed a dose and instead of stopping, I continued on (so perhaps that is what did it). Still, I am going to stick with 25 mg and see how I go. I am resting a lot as well and concentrating on my diet to make sure I don't allow the problem foods to creep back in (as I sometimes do). I desperately want to get Andy in on my case, have been in touch with my doctor to have this happen, but the dental material issue is such a big one, that this has had to be put on hold until something can be sorted out. I just want the materials out, but finding another dentist to do the job properly is near impossible. Where I live, there are very FEW biological dentists and do not have the expertise of the dentist in question. He won't do them until I'm well enough for the job. This is what I'm " trying " to do. I'd go and get someone else to do them if I could, but there isn't anybody who can do the job like he can. He's about to have me sent a kit to have specific liver testing done (checking the pathways of elimination) to see exactly what is going on. Thank you for your comments.
