Guest guest
Did some searching on pubmed and other places. I also searched here, but didn't find much. Some studies seem to show that silicon supplements might help improve renal excretion of aluminum, as well as inhibit aluminum absorbtion by the body. Has anyone used it with success (ie. better results on a subsequent hair test)? Recommendations as to which type to use? Thanks! - JB
