I know, I was like that too. I'm just trying to encourage you to take

those ones as much as you can because they will help. Think of them

as food that your body needs.

I'm not trying to discourage you.... I know that there are advantages

and disadvantages associated with dealing with these professionals. I

travelled to see a doctor who told me to do things that were a total

waste of money (and would have made me much much worse), but he also

did several really good things to help me. I have to ignore his

dangerous, costly advise and take the good things. I just don't

completely trust this doctor/dentist that you are seeing, even if he

is the 'best' in the country, so I do hope that you will check things

out before spending lots of money.

The things that Andy has mentioned to improve bile flow won't hurt and

surely will help. Lecithin is easy to get. Perhaps just add that

first. And taurine is easy to get and will likely help a lot (even I

noticed an improvement when I added taurine). The other things are

fairly easy to get too. I know the cost adds up, but if supplements

can help you to get back on your feet sooner it will be for the good.
