Guest guest
" I don't think there's any danger of me being > hyperstimulated - I am so hypo as to be horizontal most of the time. " I am having to eat my hat. After 4 days of taking adrenal glandulars, I have been awake since 4am! But I have to say I felt SO much better yesterday, almost my old self - more positive, not dissolving into tears every five minutes, a little energy, and I am so much nicer to my children. As I haven't changed anything else in my supplement schedule, this is obviously confirmation that my main problem (apart from a mouthful of amalgams) is the adrenals. I obviously will have to work on getting the dosage right - does one first thing, one mid-morning, one at lunchtime and one around 4pm sound right? How long will it take for the body to adjust to the new regime? I have also ordered some Isocort - is this better than glandulars? Should I switch to this when they arrive - on the same dosage? So many questions, but progress at last!
