Hi everyone,

I do not post to much,I respond a little but mostly read with like priority attention.

I am post op about 9 months and 12 months out from my consult at Pacific Bariatric with Dr.Leo . This time last year I weighed in at 349 pounds with a BMI of 59. I felt like crap,I hated myself and wanted to die. so as not to make this post a book read my Obesity help profile

I think I will start one. I will see the surgeon on April 21 and am

so excited! I am going to Kaiser Richmond and really like the staff

there. Your life must be so different now, I am trying to picture

myself with 100+ pounds just gone, it is hard to fatham!! Incredible
