This ticket they send to almost all recipients if their doctors indicate any improvement in their condition, or if some improvement is noted on the review form that you complete and send back to them. For instance, perhaps you werent hospitalized at all this year and you had in a previous year. In the event that you condition does improve enough for you to return to work SSA will allow you to keep part of your benefits for a certain time frame dependent upon your earnings to encourage you to try to work. This does not mean you have to go out and find a job. So do not worry about that. Just put it away and if your health improves enough that you want to return to work, notify SSA within 14 days of your start date and send them the ticket. Good luck.
