Guest guest Posted October 30, 2005 Report Share Posted October 30, 2005 There are non-hormonal (non-prescription) approaches to adrenal support such as licorice, ashwagandha, rhodiola, vitamin B5 and C, Chinese herbal formulas, acupuncture, etc. I'm less familiar with thyroid issues, but my acupuncturist has a special interest in thyroid problems and treats people with natural methods.
