Hi , thank you again for the links. I take the B complex about

2 or 3 times a day, the magnesium about twice, zinc once or twice and

the vitamin C about 2 or 3 times. Sometimes I don't take them as

much as I should because I tend to lose myself in being sick and

don't think well and lose all energy and motivation. Though I

probably should force myself to regardless. There are days I almost

take nothing. I can end up completely beside myself. But you

mention 4 times and I think Andy does too, or at least 3, so I guess

I better make sure I take more. It's hard sometimes too because when

I do this, i go through the supplements so fast and they are not

overly cheap either.

The liver side of things? I'm not going to do anything as yet

because the dentist/doctor is going to evaluate me further and set

out a proper regime for this in particular. And I don't want to

spend money now on liver stuff as I'll be probably seeing him very

soon and he'll have his own treatment set out for me. Otherwise I'd

do it now. I should imagine milk thistle will be part of it for

sure. But also he'll have the specific ones to help boost certain

pathways and help the one that's overactive at the sametime. He says

there is an imbalance which needs to be corrected.
