Guest guest
TK, by your commment I take it that Andy has not said anything bad or recommended avoiding either kidney cleanses or the parasite cleanses? I wonder if Andy's recommendation to avoid liver flushes is one based on theory or from observations of people having bad results. Also was Andy talking about the liver flushes in hulda clarks books? Are there any posts where andy talks about liver flushes, or maybe in his newest book? I would also like to know if what Andy is talking about is specific to the combination of flushes and chelation, or just the flushes in general for merc tox. people? Maybe Andy himself could actually chime in and explain this one. ~ > > > > I am thinking about doing the 3 cleanses that hulda clark and others > > recommend ie, parasite, kidney, and liver. > > > TK--- just a reminder, liver flushes are not recommended by Andy. I don't recall anything about flushes, liver or otherwise. There are posts from Andy in archives (autism mercury) where Andy has repeated that he advises against liver flushes for mercury poisoned persons. A summary of what he has to say on the topic starts on the bottom of p 157 and continues on p 158 in Amalgam Illness. What he says there makes a LOT of sense to me. I do recall from my reading of archives that risk factors associated with doing liver flushes were things like getting stones stuck in ducts and getting gall bladder attacks. I can't recall 'who' said that those were risk factors and I haven't checked up on this. In general I am a believer in giving the body what it needs to clean itself rather than using artificial methods to clean it out. There are lots of things on Andy's supplement list that help the liver to do it's job and there are modifications a person can make to diet that will help the liver. I doubt that the liver is all that 'happy' after one of those flushes. They sound like they are very stressful. Guest guest
Hi guys Here's my wiev, I have looked into the liverflushes a bit. Aside from what Hulda says (hundreds of people flushed, none got hurt she says) There is also a swedish natural doctor practicing between 1950-1980, Alma Nissen, She had over 500 patients do the flush. None got hurt according to an old book I borrowed at university of gothenburg, sweden. So far so good. I have done the flush seven times. Besides maybe 70 stones I got hundreds of dead and rotting liver flkues (fasciolopis buskki) out from the liver. I have saved them in jars and got lots of scary pictures of them. These parasites destroy the liver and the patient may die. So in my case the parasite cleanse/liverflush was a very good thing. I have still a little pain. ALA reduces the pain btw so I believe its good for the liver. I have detoxed with DMSA/ALA for 7 months and Andy seems to be right, the body starts to works like its supposed to again. So, do I believe flushing is totally riskfree? Or for everyone? No, even though I have never felt any pain (biggest stone a ball 1.2cm in size) when doing the flush, you can have pain later. Why? Sometimes stones stuck in the liver seem to move into the gallbladder. These stones may irritate and inflame the gallbladder, probably because they contain bacteria. If you get scared and rush to the doctor instead of reading up beforehand you may lose your gallbladder? I kept that at bay between flushes using Sherry variety of flush from the book No More Heartburn. That book is a gem. But remember, my liver was infested with parasites and quite damaged. Still, you have to decide for yourself. I would reason like this. If you dont need it right now, wait. Detox for at least a year before you do it. At some point I believe its a very good thing for most everyone. The energy I got afterwards was mine to keep and chemical sensitivities and allergy is much reduced. Hope this helps someone > I do recall from my reading of archives that risk factors associated > with doing liver flushes were things like getting stones stuck in > ducts and getting gall bladder attacks.
