You will find heaps of good information on all aspects of the AP (Anti-biotic Protocol) there, including the herx. You'll find most things are covered there and they are written by the experts too, not us 'second besters'<smile> You're not being ignorant at all , in fact quite the opposite!! It takes intelligence to realise that one needs to be responsible for ones own health and that's exactly what you are doing.
