How does everyone figure out all of this? I keep

reading all the info and stuff like that.

I am still trying to figure out changing my

supplements to what are good ones like in Andy's book

and TK's email. It is so confusing that I can hardly

keep track of it. It seems like things to buy from all

these different places, and then so many things to

take on different schedules. I am taking so much stuff

I can hardly afford it, and it doesn't seem like

anything helps other than magnesium helps muscle

cramps and the cortef/pred helps me obvioulsy cause I

need it since my body doesn't make any. And I keep

forgetting to take stuff. It wasn't hard for me to

remember to take the one DMSA during chelation,

because I set watch alarm, invisible clock alarm, and

cell phone alarm. But it is confusing trying to do the

vitamin c more frequently, I dont have any b vitamins

to do that with, also not sure if I should do the salt

or not, and I can't keep track of everythign I am

supposed to take, like taking bifidophilus before

breakfast - I keep forgetting to take it at all, and

also the liquid minerals. Same thing with the

magnesium, i have it in with the once a day

supplements, which I usually remember to take but

rearely at the same time.

And I can't figure out which things I really need to

take, I think from that email to get flax and b

vitamins and carotene and magnesium oil and

multivitamin metagenics and that better acidophilus

from the company, and .... and exclude sulfur foods

which I don't knwo what are, and no wheat and dairy?

and have the hair test and I don't even know what

other tests.............
