Also,

If your doc's office does not do blood draws, look in the phone book

for an independent lab NOT connected with a hospital. They tend to

be the most cooperative when it comes to doing a blood draw and prep

for a kit. A reasonable fee would be $15, but some labs charge $25

or more.
