Guest guest Posted March 6, 2006 Report Share Posted March 6, 2006 does anyone have any thoughts or experience with the OTC forms of lithium, like lithium orotate such as can be found here: http://www.findserenitynow.com/product_info.html ?? i've read opposing views on this kind of lithium supplement. it is a much lower dose of lithium than the kind they clinically use for bi- polar disorder, but the claim is that it is carried where it needs to go more effectively, so it doesn't matter. i've read opposing views that say that it may be true that it is absorbed more effectively but the dose is so tiny that it makes it pointless anyways. i've also read reviews of people who feel that even this dose is too much without medical supervision. anyone know who is right and who is full of it? is the 3-a-day dose safe? is the product a scam? should i just go straight to my doctor with my symptoms and hair test and inquire about lithium? thanks in advance. larry Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
