Guest guest
I'm owndering if the metal taste I get in my mouth fairly frequently both during and post rounds is due to a copper/zinc imbalance. This symptom can apparently be a symptom of excess copper and also a sign of zinc deficiency. My last hair test showed copper to be lower than zinc. Does this reflect a higher body burden of copper? I don't have Andy's hair test book. I'm wondering if this particular symptom means I'm not taking enough zinc as I know not everyone gets it. Any opinions? Thanks!
