Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 I have tried looking back through previous posts on why ALA worsens yeast but haven't found anything. There seems to be plenty of agreement that ALA worsens candida symptoms, but no explanation why. Is ALA yeast-based (I see that food sources of ALA are brewers' yeast, among others), or is it because it is high sulfur? Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
