Let me know if any of you do try them. hugs))Sharon Banana Cookies from Ingredients needed: 1 cup white sugar (or sugar alternative) 1 cup margarine & 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3 ripe bananas, mashed 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips Directions: 1. With adult supervision, preheat oven to 375° F. 2. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar together until smooth. 3. Mix eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, cloves and cinnamon into cream mixture. 4. Add mashed bananas, rolled oats and chocolate chips, mix until blended. 5. Drop dough by spoonful onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool before you eat!
