Does this sound right? I'm just filling them up trying

to get them ready..

I got size 00 vegetable capsules. That's all the

heatlh food store had. They are pretty huge. I dumped

a little DMSA into one big veggie cap, then the rest

into another one, then dumped back and forth 1 or 2

times till they looked equal (hopefully this is close

enough???

I had no luck at all with that paper splitting knife

spreading process. I just made a huge powder mess.

Should I try to fill up 2 little capsules too? Right

now I have an empty little capsule sitting here, and

two huge veggie caps with (hopefully close enough to)

12.5 mgs in each....

and its ok to have all the air in them, right?
