did not hate the Santa Clara

group and that you would return. J BUT you have not…. What is up? Did you decide to not like

Sue! LOL your very funny. YES!!! I loved the group and I will be

back! Im just always soooooooo busy and over booked (my fault)So the

bad news first. No I will not be at the meeting this week,but give

me the date for the next meeting and ill do all I can to ensure im

there.I need you guys to. This friday night i was going to go to the

scrapbooking expo in santa clara which I have been planing on for

weeks but,,,, my friends tell me I must be at my AA meeting to

celebrate a dear friends 9 years of sobrity in san francisco (there

go's the expo :) I can't complain to much though as the following

week im going on a whole 4 day week-end scrapbooking retreat! lol Im

a super scraper. Sue thanks for the friendly reminder but belive me

I LOVE YOUR GROUP! I encourage anyone who can make it to go!

Thanks . I know it is such a shock. You

will be here too. I cannot believe I have lost a total of 155 lbs. since this

time last year. OMG that is so much. I could never had done it without the surgery

Wow! I know just how you feel. Congratulations to you!! It was a

big deal when I got under the 200 mark. I also recently looked at my

BMI, and I am now no longer " morbidly obese " or even " obese " ! I'm

now just " overweight. " I can't believe that I'm happy to

be " overweight! " LOL

Your story is an inspiration to us all! Your example of believing in

yourself shows us the power that we all have inside. Good job!

Thanks Gemello,

You also are a huge inspiration. I have

followed you for a short time and WOW! I could not believe your before pictures

and now seeing you at a meeting WOW! I cannot see my weight loss as much as

others but I know I am smaller because of my old clothes. I have seen that now I

only have 50 lbs to go to be “normal” and I believe I will make it.

I do believe in support groups and that they help us make our goals IF we are

honest with our down falls. Once again thanks and you deserve to go to the
