Im just always soooooooo busy and over booked (my fault)So the bad news first. I also recently looked at my BMI, and I am now no longer " morbidly obese " or even " obese " ! I'm now just " overweight. " I can't believe that I'm happy to be " overweight! I could not believe your before pictures and now seeing you at a meeting WOW! I cannot see my weight loss as much as others but I know I am smaller because of my old clothes. I have seen that now I only have 50 lbs to go to be “normal” and I believe I will make it. I do believe in support groups and that they help us make our goals IF we are honest with our down falls.
