Hi..

a few days ago I asked about the vitamins and supplements...

I went into GNC and there was a very helpful worker in there.. I had the

book with me.. but of course they had the book. I was trying to find the

different supplements Atkins suggested and then.. The worker walked over to

the " atkins " section and said, " I'm going to save you lots of money " .. There

was almost all the supplements in one " Atkins dietary supplement " He

suggested I get the BComplex time release and Flax seed oil also.. I'm also

taking a multi-vitamin (and have been).

Anyway.. please let me know SOMEONE how all these supplements work for

you.. the directions are vague.. on the ATkins.. " take 4 tablets daily an

hour before meals or exercise " so that wouldn't mean 4 at once.. it's like 1

tablet 4 times a day..

I'm trying to drink lots of water.. today it's going to be a little

difficult since I seem to have a cavity that is bothering me.. Now to see if

the dentist will work me in..

Yesterday.. I was out and about and it was 6 hours since my last bit of

food.. the only thing in the car was a very small bag of raisin bran

cereal.. I hadn't had any other carbs yesterday. I think I was ok.

I'm still finding 1 vegetarian Boca Breakfast sausage patty (very very

low.. carbs) to be fulfilling almost all morning.. I m quite amazed..
