Guest guest
My docotr had to fill out a section of a form for funding for me. The section was Doctor's Statement in big bold cap letters. In the section the doctor put Sarcoidosis and then Permanently disabled and he had to sign it. Now I am wondering if this will be sufficient to present as new evidence to get a second hearing. Pleasee let me know ASAP so I can fax this to my lawyer. Sharon
