Guest guest
Okay, can anyone give me some help/ideas on this? I forgot AGAIN to take my DMSA dose. (previously I had REALLY " messed up " by forgetting on the first day of chelation and having to stop. This time, I had done 5 and 1/2 days of chelation (I was trying to do 7) so it is more just ANNOYING (because I really try to time it so I stop the round on the beginning of the weekday and can feel good on the weekend. I am just having SO much trouble with remembering to take the doses. Here's what I do Wristwatch that " repeats " a 3 hour countdown (so it just automatically goes off). At 3:00 I was on the phone and outside so just didn't hear it. Invisible clock - this is set to beep at 3,6,9,12,3,6,9,12. The loudwest and most repeats - 6 beeps. I try to wear it on my waist. (I dont always notice the vibration so just set it to beep.) Well, this time for some reason I hadn't put it on when I went outside. I also try to set my cell phone to the times, but it only has 1 alarm; and the alarm doesn't sound when on the phone (this time I forgot both to set the alarm; and it wouldn't have helped anyway!) At night, I have NO troublee waking up to the alarms, but am having a VERY hard time re-setting the clocks correctly. (I keep turinging them off and forgetting to reset, or not setting correctly, etc.) Any ideas on this? It seems like I am trying to have so many " backup " systems but that they are still not working..... Anyone have anything that is a wristwatch that just shocks you or something till you turn it off, and automatically resets itself to 3 hours later! LOL that would be great for me. Just leave it on all the time and never have to " think about it " Seriously, I dont know what to do about some kind of alarm thing so I dont keep messing up chelation. The problem is I need something " brain fog proof! " I keep forgetting to set alarms, forgetting to keep them with me, etc! ANY HELP OR IDEAS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. --- TK wrote: __________________________________________________
