Guest guest
Hi, I wrote an email about and asthma. Well.................. the cardiologist called today. He had gotten in contact with the Pulmonary Dr. (are they called Pulmonologists?). They spoke at length about and decided that he needs an exercise test to determine if the desaturation last Thursday was a FLUKE! I reminded him that I have seen 's behavior deteriorate after mild exercise and have seen him become almost violently beligerent in order to avoid strenuous activity. I apparently misunderstood the pulmonary doctor. 's pulmonary function test was actually not that bad. Anyway, we MUST determine what is behind his desaturation after even mild exercise. Has anyone felt guilty about " wanting " something wrong to be found. It's not that I want it, but at least we'll be able to address the problem and either correct it or manage it. Thanks.
