zithromax and hemoglobin--Chris and group?

Does anyone know if Zithromax can lower hemoglobin levels? I have been

taking it since January along with Minocin, but my hemoglobin has dropped to

100 and seems to be staying there. I am starting to feel weak and wonder if

this is the problem. I have done a search but can't find any information on

Zithromax and hemoglobin. Thanks for your help.
