Guest guest
, Your chart sounds like a reasonable 'tentative' plan. Only problem is, you don't really know how many rounds you will stay at one dose. Your symptoms will dictate that. Also, at some point when you feel ready, you will want to introduce ALA. The plan will change then. It's great to see you organizing and thinking ahead!! Guest guest
Thanks . I am really worried about increasing the doses, because Idont know what I would " do " if the dose ends up being too high for me! It is hard to tell whether the rounds are having side effects (for example, maybe I am just stressed out from work; and also have more muscle cramps for no reason after feeling better for a while.) --- lindajaytee wrote: > > , > > Your chart sounds like a reasonable 'tentative' > plan. I think that your plan to increase dose very gradually is good. There is no need to rush dose increases. Better to chelate often rather that have a bad day and then put off chelation.
