,

That is a very good question., I too, had my amalgams out by a very

proficient safe amalgam removal holistic dentist, and 14 years later I

got sicker than I have ever been, and continue to be messed up.

Pperhaps the chemtrails have also played a detrimental role in my

decline..... perhaps living in an area where a couple of wells were

reportedly shut down for elevated arsenic levels....perhaps geting new

exposure form an unknown source has contributed....

Back to the quesiton though, my guess is the brain continues to be

poisonend and therefore the central nervous system continues to be

poisoned and decline, taking along with it the organs that it supports.

I too, would like to hear more opinions. I feel like my life was taken

away from me....

The good news is that because you have found this group you will be

able to avoid the harmful chelation protocols that make LOTS of people

worse. And more good news - diet, supplements, and for some people

certain medications make them feel lots better. People in this group

are familiar with what interventions help what symptoms and will be

able to help you to figure out how to feel better.

How the removal is done can be as important as doing the detox.

Please post the exact removal protocol that you will follow. I'm

sure you will get some helpful input on that.

Like always using rubberdam when removing amalgam.

Like going to a dentist you know will remove all the amalgam and

leave nothing behind. Its a big advantage for you if the dentist is

aware of that amalgam is a health hazard.

And knowing you will tolerate the new material. Some are allergig to

the acrylat in the plastic. I had to use something called ionomer

instead.

On top of my head:..

Make sure your body has a full stack, meaning that you dont touch

the amalgams if your body stores of minerals and detoxing

substances, for example gluthation, is used up. Poor mans diagnostic

for gluthation could be to take 200mg N-Acetyl-Cysteine twice a day

for 3-4 days. If you feel up on this with increased energy you may

have low Gluthation. Anyone on this? Take a test for all minerals

including this one. Then there is another big superantioxidant that

the body also manufactures, SOD (superoxiddismutase). Grow some

wheatgrass yourself, chew a fistful until dry and spit it out. Or

buy a Juicer that can do wheatgrass., Porkeert is a cheap one, 30$,

Samson seems a good choice for all kinds of healthy juicing. One

reason many feel so louse Im think is that they dont take up the

nutrients they eat. Juicing gets some nutrients into your system. I

have done all this and the difference is vast. Then you may move

towards more raw vegetables, you may discover hidden food allergies,

and be on your way to great health. Afterwards, in the

recoveryprocess, take the opportunity to learn about health. Read

Sherry No more heartburn, omaybe Tired or Toxic too? Read

Hulda s Cure for all disease. Those parasites are very real

btw. There are many many books, a few are very good, even pivotal.

Most are not so good. Putting the question here if you think about

buying a book may save time and money.

Perhaps all this seem too much. Then at least take Acetyl cysteine

for a few weeks before removal.

Life is tricky isn't it? I'm one of those that got worse after

amalgam removal. I have to add though that I think the removal process

contributed to my decline. I went to the " great " Hal Huggins and his

dental revision process was/is extremely harsh. Live and learn.

Anyway, I believe now that I may have Lyme disease. I plan on getting

tested as soon as I can scrape together a few hundred dollars

(sickening) for the tests. I've been reading mercury boards for quite

a while and I have seen very few recoveries sadly. I think I've read

of 3 after 3 yrs of reading them. I may get slammed for this but I

believe that mercury may only be one piece of the puzzle for many

folks. I think Lyme is hugely, HUGELY underdiagnosed and would bet

that a few folks here have it and don't know it.

I also do not know how people know for sure they have a mercury

problem - only. Andy Cutler after examining my hair test results gave

me a very honest " I dunno " . I am treating naturally for lyme and have

seen some progress although no miracle recovery yet (4 1/2 mos).

My intuition says that if mercury was your only problem, removing

amalgams safely would give you some relief. If not, then you've got

other problems as well. Mercury and lyme produce identical symptoms.

And neither has a foolproof test for diagnosis.

Good luck,

Val
