Guest guest
Thanks, TK. Seems worth another try, as it's been 5 years since my last attempt. BTW, due to your frequent reminders to change one thing at a time, I am now keeping a list of issues/problems I want to address and possible solutions (supplements, diet changes, etc). I prioritize the list by what issues seem most important to address, and by my semi-educated guesses as to what is the safest, most likely solution. This helps me to be more careful and deliberate in making changes. Thanks for being so sensible and steadfast, and for your straightforward advice. -- > > > > > > > TK--- HCL needs to be added slowly in small increments to avoid > > > stomach upset for many people.
