Guest guest
Speaking of diet, (notice I am ignoring that link, I saw the " roac " and the " filth_lab " in it and don't need any more quesiness today, thank you, the latest flare is giving me enough of that, LOL) Anyhoo...I saw a report from Dr. Dean Edell on the news today about new UCLA research on spolied food. It said if there is any sign of mold on soft foods like bread, cooked foods or soft fruits, to throw them away. Molds can be toxic and tend to spread through soft foods quickly, apparently. It said you could use crisp foods like apples or harder foods like cheese if you allowed a generous margin when paring away the molds. It also had a special warning on not eating moldy peanuts, but didn't say why. Personally, I'd rather not take the chance on them now with all the toxins from the disease running around in my bod anyway--into the compost bin they go--along with a reminder to myself not to buy so far ahead next time.
