Just two comments on VINEGAR: 1. My aunt used to drink this to shrink her stomach and died from it, so please be careful! 2. RAW apple cider has been known to have the ingredients of " cow droppings " (I am having a FM fog - there is a medical term for it, just can't think of it - it is the same stuff that is in raw hamburg that everyone is aware of) in it and is causing many people to get sick - children too, doctors were telling people to drink pasteurized cider so it would be killed. I would assume if the vinegar is raw then there may be a chance that this also contains that stuff - salmonella (?). So please be careful. Just wanted to put my 2 cents into it! Sending Comfort and Peace Janice " I wish we could change our dials to AM instead of FM!!! "
