Guest guest Posted July 13, 2000 Report Share Posted July 13, 2000 Hi, me again-I was prescribed zaditen a few years ago which I took with cemetidine 400 mg and loratidine 10 mg twice a day. When I changed my GP, the new GP said she had researched the medications I was taking and that zaditen was not proven to have any significant beneficial effect on chronic urticaria, and asked me to stop taking it. I did stop taking it and have noticed absolutely no difference in the hives, etc. so assumed that she was correct. (This happened a couple of years ago, and I have never missed it or felt I should go back on it.)
