Guest guest
Hi all, Just a short note. I'm home! I had surgery yesterday afternoon and was discharged today around 1:30p.m. I think that I am still in a bit of shock about being released so quick, but Dr. Baggs (my surgeon) said that I was doing better than a 25-year-old - now that makes this nearly 54-year-old feel proud. My surgery was open, but the incision is only about 4-5 inches long. I feel like my entire mid-section has been thoroughly pummeled and I still have a cotton-mouth, but otherwise am feeling fairly o.k. I really appreciate all your words of encouragement, prayers and so on. I still have a lot of healing to do. Take care, one & all, Kay

Guest guest
Congratulations on your surgery. Glad that you are doing ok. Keeping a pillow on your stomach helps alot, especially if you sneeze or cough. Just remember to just not over do stuff. -----Original Message-----From: Kay Sent: Tuesday, December 02, 2003 6:06 PMTo: gastric-bypass-support-kaiser-patients Subject: Re: Its about KayHi all,Just a short note.
