Guest guest
I just got a piece in the mail from Oberdorf who usually has some fairly good ideas for a product called " ALA Fat Burner " He recommends taking 375 mg. capsules of ALA 3 times a day. He states that it increases glucose uptake and fatty acid oxidation, as well as being a great antioxidant. He also says it draws out heavy metals from fatty tissue cells and that it crosses the BBB. He states that it is so safe that he has never heard of any negative effects at higher dosages and should work for everyone. So now ALA is being marketted as a diet pill... C.
