Ohhh that would be so good! My Grandma had a pomegranate tree and we loved taking the fruit and walking around eating it. We were always dyed, but we were happy! LOL Here's where how one woman changed a recipe and used Pamona rather than all that sugar to make the pomegranate jelly: http://hotwaterbath.blogspot.com/2003/04/well-im-certainly-not-doing-well-in.html She used only juice though, as far as I read. Hmmm... what about the actual fruit?! LOL With the sugar removed, what would you use to replace it's preservative affects? I've not yet done the tomatoes and it looks like I won't this year. For the first time I don't have my tomatoes. I may get some before the season is over (planted late), but nothing

like usual. Ah well, I'll plan for next year. With the rains we've had, the garden is going crazy. With grass. I have a beautiful lawn in my garden. LOL We use manure from a friend's horses, and seeds are still there. It really is pretty... the garden and other areas where we put the manure. I went to the garden this morning, after said he saw something in the corner... sure enough, there are cucumber plants, one zucchini plant, a few little stalks of corn and maybe a couple mystery plants growing. My garden? I can't tell you how many times I read this, scrolled down, read it again, scrolled back down... LOL My garden is about 30x40' and we planted it full. Companion planting and all, so many, many, things in there. ) If I'm lucky I have ten plants right now and none will produce in time this year. LOLOL That seems the common thought. LOL Last year, there was one stalk of corn left in the back. got chicken wire, cut it and wrapped it, encircling that lone corn stalk. It was so funny to see it. Every time I looked at it I thought it was missing heavenly music and a ray of light beaming down. LOLOL And then a critter climbed the wire and at it anyway.
