I canned 9 pints of jalapeños day before yesterday. I tried a new recipe for Jalapeños en Escabeche. One jar didn't seal so it went in the fridge. I tried one yesterday and it was good, but so darned hot! These were especially hot jalapeños. We didn't grow these but they were only 59 cents a pound at the store. I did 5 pints of the above recipe and tried 3 other pints of seeded jalapenos canned in the same brine. I enjoy canning but it wore me out. Sharon This email is a natural hand made product.
