It is a very easy thing to do and anyone can just go in and start chatting. Heres a tip: If you want to chat just post a post saying im heading for the chatroom if anyone wants to join me please do. Then just click on chat and it takes you right in. You may have to wait a bit till other come and join you but once it gets going people come and go and its allot of fun,so please give it a try.
