Doctor's Appt.& other

Hi, everyone, sorry I have not been online to check on everyone. My daughter

and granddaughter are here visiting since Friday, before that and now I am

not feeling so great. I went to the doctor yesterday to show her some dots

and marks that are on my hands. She was more concerned with the red dots on

my abdomen and back and such. She wants me to go to a dermatologist for a

tissue biopsy. I think she thinks it is vasculitus. I really don't know

what that is. Also, she is talking with me about Enbrel in case I have to go

off of the Methotrexate. I have one more liver function test before we make

that determination. I know the cost is about $1,000.00 a month and the

insurance probably won't pay. My insurance company called her the other day

to ask her why she was treating me with Methotrexate and why wasn't she using

the pills instead of the injections. Gosh! So, I know they won't want to

pay for the Enbrel. Anyway I have a bad cold and she has given me some

antibiotics to help with that. I am just a bit wore out. Having a 2 1/2 yr

old in the house can do that. LOL I am so happy they are here though.

Heidi, it was great to talk with you on Saturday. I hope everyone is doing

fine. I just got online to scan my mail to see. I don't feel up to reading

much mail. My back is hurting for some reason. I feel like a flare might be

coming on. My nose is acting up, too. Just wanted to let you know I am

still here. My daughter and granddaughter will be here for another week or
