Guest guest
Yes, that is all I want Lynn. I want her to have something that " she " goes to outside school that she enjoys, her older brothers do a lot so this will help her self-esteem too, I'm sure! Weir Mom to Kennedy, 5 yr old CHARGEr, 14, 12 and wife to Graeme New Brunswick, Canada Visit our family web site: http://personal.nbnet.nb.ca/gweir CHARGE Syndrome Canada: http://www.chargesyndrome.ca Re: Exciting times , Kenney's big heart will make up for the balance. As long as she has fun. That's what counts. Lynn Exciting times Dear CHARGE Family, Thought I would share an exciting experience just called home from college about. She is doing okay in Psychology and English. She really enjoys her four dance classes, ballet, pointe, jazz and modern. Her ballet professor told her she should audition for a play to be done in the spring. Her prof. said they needed one more dancer and she wanted to audition. is another CHARGEr that " never gives up " and don't ever tell her " you can't " (except swimming). She told her prof. " Why not. " went to the audition and said the short dance they taught her to do for the director was " a piece of cake " . She then was told she would have to read a script. has never ever done that. Like she says, " I'm a dancer not an actress. " She said she was scared to death but did it anyway. ( Sounds like a CHARGE thing to me ) She said that when she was finished they told her they really liked the sound of her whispery voice. One very large victory for a CHARGE kid. She was so suprised. When she called she said, " Mom, I was really proud of myself. I can't believe I read for an audition and they liked my voice. " She has no idea when she will hear if she got the dance part. Who knows maybe she will get a speaking part and try acting too. Blessing and Hugs to all, Lynn Ohio mom to Tom 24, 19,cHARGE, and wife to Doug.
