This happend recently to me...

I waas lying in bed half asleep when I felt like the bed was shaking

like in an earthquake. I heard a sound wich was like a big garbage

truck beside my head and the lights went dim.I could move my arms and

legs a little but not too much controle over my body. this lasted a

very short time but cause it was dark I didnt think to check my

watch. Now I know there was no earthquake but this was really weird

and I havnt had this in years thats why I was kinda worried that it

happend again. Does anyone know what this was?
