I know your right about exercise. I have looked the world over for the

magic bullet that will automatically drop pounds. There is none. I have

been stalled for a week and lose weight s.l.o.w.l.y. Everynight I dream I

am exercising and promise that tomorrow I will start. I guess tomorrow

caught up with me.
