Guest guest
I just got a conditional discharge ineligibility letter. I am so po'd I have no income and the dr signed it stating I can never work and yet it was approved and nwo thay say medical review failure. That is this about? I am at alj hearing level and waiting to hear a date getting a lawyer to handle. I was using a copy as proof I could not work, Dr signed it. Now he is really holding a grudge that I am not going back to him and using another DR. I am going to give this to my lawyer to handle it is getting out of hand for me! My therapist could sign or my new neuro or my internal med what will it take. I sent them an email req a copy of the medical review file. I suspect someone was going to turn it in since it was proof and they ins companies etc denied my claims. ANY help?
