What did your doctor say? Mine said its not Graves related so ??? Where all did you tingle? Did it happen frequent? thanks Kim >> The tingling is mostly in my hands. I've been diagnosed with Graves' for many years and can tell you that even after other symptoms are under control, this may continue intermittently. I find it irritating. At times, it goes away. When it happens, I make sure I'm taking B vitamins and just try to be patient. Some claim that this is peripheral neuropathy. There may be some relationship to fluctuating levels of thyroid hormones. I seldom see doctors anymore -- once a year to be tested for thyroid levels, maybe, and a once-a-year appointment with the ophthalmologist to find out what's going on with my vision. The less I see doctors, the better I feel.
Guest guest
Do you find you have enough time after that warning to get out of the heat? Or is it a "too late, you're tingling and here comes misery"? That's more my Heat Tingling Warning. I think there should be more warning. lol HUGS wrote: i find my tingling at this point, is usually a warning sign to get out of the heat or I am really overstressed or getting sick.
