Montevallo is a nice college. I've been there for a few basketball

games between them and Bham Southern (where I went). Also, I used to do

a lot of horseback riding at a stable down in that area... Tell her to

get in touch if she ever needs anything that I can help her with - you

know, flat tires, a lift somewhere or something... I'll send you my

phone number to pass on if you want.

Shoulder surgery??? Ack! Sounds painful but probably better than a

torn rotator cuff. Healthsouth is just blocks from where I work

(Compass Bank). Did you come down today or is it next Mon? Too bad

pancreatits people can't suggest meeting for lunch. Can you imagine?

We'd all be sitting around thinking about all the food that would make

us sick! LOL! Healthsouth is supposed to be great for those orth

injuries. I haven't had to use them yet (I say yet because of the

horseback riding. An injury will come soon enough), but I've had

friends that have been there and they say it's top notch.

I'll let you know when I'm heading up your way next. Or if you think

you might have time maybe we could meet when you're down here.

to see the ortho that did my shoulder surgery last year. My right

shoulder

is now acting up so I'm probably going to let him cut on it before I

actually

end up tearing the rotator cuff like I did in the left one.
