Guest guest
Seldane was replaced by Allegra. The ingredient in Seldane that caused the heart problems was terfenadine and only when taken in combination with protease inhibitors, serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or a blood pressure drug. That ingredient was replaced with fexofenadine and the drug is now called Allegra. Worked real well for me, two 60mg per day.

That, along with the yeast diet is now my routine. I am also taking it a night, before bed, as opposed to twice during the day with the 60mg. So far, so good. ~~Barbara
Guest guest
Hi! I am also taking fexofenadine (180 mg twice a day) - in the UK it is known as Telfast 180. My other meds are: Doxepin (75mg) Zyrtek (10mg) Prednisolone (down to 1mg now!) Dapsone (50mg) - after reading someone else had used this successfully. I don't want to tempt fate - but my CIU seems under control now !!! Hope everyone is well, Jeanette London Re: Seldane replacement > > <<<That ingredient was replaced with fexofenadine and the drug is now called Allegra.
