I know others have had the same problems and I just wanted them to know that theirs may clear up too! __________________ Hello , Hello everyone, I had to wait for one month for the bacterias to clear up and diarrhea to stop the first time I used Zithromax. And Zithromax was easier to take in the evening, rather than the morning. But, since then, I learned that Dr. Franco recommends taking Acidophilus 4 hours BEFORE Zithromax.
