I know there is a lot of bad press about MSG, but I think that people have to remember that it's just like anything else, if you're allergic to it, you shouldn't eat it. I also think, (this is my opinion here) that a lot of people believe that MSG is some kind of secret nasty chemical that artificially makes food taste more intense and salty, but it's not, it's a naturally occurring substance.
