Guest guest
Liz, yes, it does help. Thank you. In a strange way it helps to know I am not alone with these pains. Sorry that others have them, but nevertheless comforting to know others can understand. I have been home bound since my knees have hurt and the big fatigue came on me. Total rest does seem to help after a while. Today only one knee is hurting and I am able to walk. I am tired, but not anything like I was. My husband is home and he fixed our meals and that really helps. Then sometimes it will go away, and sometimes it will comeback, in misstep! One Rheumatologist told me it was probably osteoarthritis rather than rp. I try to keep my leg muscles strong which does help, but there does not seem to be any logic to it, its the same with my back, sometimes its fine, and sometimes I can hardly get out ofbed, but I usually find moving around gently is more beneficial than sitting or lying down because iget so stiff. I don't know if this helps at all!! Lots of love Liz >>
