How to convince Dr. to continue AP

My rheumy is convinced that AP is not working and she wants to put me on

the main stream therapy. My concern is if she will not continue ,I have

no alternatives for AP. I think the problem is she feels she is in

uncharted waters and has no one she can compare notes with. Is there

anyone she can contact with questions.
