Guest guest
Ok i'm trying to sound intelligent here when I don't have a clue as to what any of these means. I have to switch the Methotrexate from pills to shots. I've talked to some who say you have to do it - IM- intramuscular-injected into the muscle So my doc says we will do it this way - SQ or SC-subcutaneous-injected just under the skin I'm a bit confused as to why we do it different ways. How come one doc would want you to use the Muscle and then another one says just under the skin? Does it matter? I mean i'd shoot the stuff in my ears if it would get rid of this RP! Thanks Mick
