Well...I thought I was around 410...my pcp scales only went to 350, so I

had to guess. 410 is what I put on my patient info. When I was declined, I

bought a digital scales that went to 500lbs and found out that I really

weighed 445 (: . SOOO...After loosing 35lbs I am at the weight that I

thought I was at 2 months ago...410. Guess I have another 60 to loose. It's

actually going quite well...the 35 lb loss has made a big difference in the

way I feel. I can only imagine what a 200lb loss feels like!

As far as stress...We own a small business with 27 employees...stress is

kind of second nature. The weight loss thing has not been any worse than

many other projects. I am treating it as just another important project

that must be accomplished. With the right tools, the right people and

support, and most importantly, the right attitude, anything can be

accomplished. I seem to have a history of overcoming obstacles that get in

my way. My weight is now in my way, and will now be overcome.

Good luck on your journey. There is lots of info and support here....and

its a fun place to hang out!
