Hi Bonnie,

I have had PLS for 10 years. I get severe bouts of extreme

sciatic every once in a while. All the doctors wanted to do for me was give me

pain medicine. It doesn't help, it makes me sleepy and I already take so much

med's that I don't really want to take more.

Then I decided to take matters into my own hands I tried a Chiropractor with no

results and then I began to see a massage therapist. She did more for me in

one session than the doctors did for over 2 years. I went to a women who does

Cranial Sacral Therapy, Asian Style Therapies, (Shiatsu etc), as well as

regular Swedish massage therapy. She varies what she does based on what I need

at the time. I now go twice a month and I feel wonderful. In between if my

back/hip starts to hurt, I put heat on it then use a massage machine that I

bought myself. It loosens the muscles around the nerves and relieves the pain.

Try it. It may take a few sessions to fully relieves the pain, but for me it

was the answer.

Regards,

Bonnie G - Phoenix AZ
