Is this like Vegas, " What happens in Sydney Stays in Sydney " . Although

I'm sure my behavior will be much better and more innocent than my last

trip there. Unfortunately....lol

Warning to everyone.....whatever doneness you're use to ordering your

steak, you do want to make it at least one level more done. Medium

there is more equivalent to our rare. Rare I guess is still sometimes

referred to as bleu. At any rate you could put a bandaid on it and it

could still be out grazing. Fortunately, a kind Australian warned me

and when I ordered my first steak there she changed my order

immediately and told me to trust her. She was quite right.

Aaah yes, ordering La Steak...'Rare' here means the steak still has a 'kick' in it if you get my drift! Just the way I like it!
